Party Pop Langley: Terms, Care & FAQ
Party Pop Langley: Terms, Care & FAQ
1. Booking & Lead Time
To ensure the availability of your specific colors and the professional artistry required for our custom designs, we adhere to the following notice periods:
Smaller Pieces: A minimum of three (3) days' notice is required.
Large Installations: (Arches, Ring Displays, Tiered Backdrops, etc.) A minimum of one (1) week's notice is required.
Note: Booking earlier is always recommended to secure your date on our calendar.
2. Visual Representation & Customization
Please note that pictures shown on our website or social media are for demonstration purposes only. Every piece we make is a unique, hand-crafted creation designed specially to suit each client's preference. While we use demo images for inspiration, final designs will vary based on your specific color and style choices.
3. All Sales Are Final
To maintain our high standards of quality and hygiene, all balloon sales are final. Once a product has been delivered or picked up from our Langley studio, Party Pop Langley cannot be held responsible or liable for perceived unsatisfactory quality, defects, pops, or changes in appearance. By finalizing your order, you acknowledge that balloon decor is a subjective art form.
4. Balloon Care & Environmental Factors
Balloons are temporary and fragile. Their lifespan is highly dependent on their environment:
Immediate Care: Transport balloons directly to an indoor destination. Never leave them in a hot or cold vehicle.
Temperature: Heat causes air to expand (popping risk); cold causes helium to contract (appearing deflated).
Oxidization: Outdoor elements (sun/wind) will cause balloons to take on a matte finish. This is a natural process, not a defect.
Liability: We are not liable for the condition of balloons once they are in your possession.
5. Equipment Rentals (Gold Rings & Backdrops)
Items such as gold ring frames, wooden/acrylic arches, and metal stands are rentals only and remain the property of Party Pop Langley.
Rental Fee: Clearly stated at checkout or on your invoice.
Responsibility: The client is responsible for the safety of rental equipment. Damage, loss, or unauthorized moving of frames will result in a replacement fee ($150–$500+).
Returns: Equipment must be ready for pickup at the agreed time to avoid late fees.
6. Delivery & Venue Access
Fees: Delivery and on-site installation are not included in the base price and will be stated at checkout.
Access: Clients must provide clear access to the setup area and available parking for our delivery vehicle. Restricted access (stairs/long hauls) not disclosed at booking may incur extra fees.
7. Safety Warning
Balloons are a choking hazard. Children should be supervised at all times. Please dispose of broken balloons immediately. Party Pop Langley is not liable for injuries resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
