Visual Representation & Customization Please note that the pictures of the centerpieces shown below are just examples; every piece we make is different and designed specially to suit each client's preference! Our installations are artistic creations, and while we use demo images for inspiration, the final product will be a unique build based on your specific choices.

Booking, Lead Time & Access

Advance Notice: To ensure the availability of your specific colors and professional artistry, we require at least one (1) week's notice for all orders. Large pieces or complex installations may require additional time; please book as early as possible to secure your date.

Venue Access: The client is responsible for providing clear access to the setup area and ensuring a parking space is available for our delivery vehicle. Any stairs, long-distance hauls, or restricted access must be disclosed at the time of booking and may incur additional labor fees.

Relocation: Once an installation is completed and approved on-site, any requests to move or relocate the display will be subject to a relocation fee and are dependent on our team's schedule.

All Sales Are Final To maintain our high standards of quality and hygiene, all balloon sales are final. Once a product has been delivered or picked up from our Langley studio, Party Pop Langley cannot be held responsible or liable for any perceived unsatisfactory quality, defects, pops, or changes in appearance.

Immediate Care Instructions For the best results, we strongly advise transporting your balloons directly to their final indoor destination immediately after pickup. Avoid leaving balloons in a hot or cold vehicle for any period of time.

Longevity & Environmental Factors While we use the highest-quality professional-grade balloons, their lifespan is highly dependent on their environment.

Air-Filled Designs: These typically stay inflated for days or even weeks.

Helium Balloons: We treat all our helium latex balloons with HI-FLOAT to extend their float time.

Please Note: We cannot guarantee a specific float time or inflation duration, as balloons are naturally affected by temperature (heat expansion/cold contraction), rough surfaces, and oxidization from sun and wind.

Delivery & Fees Delivery and professional on-site installation are not included in the base price of our products. Any applicable delivery or setup charges will be calculated and stated clearly at checkout based on your event location.

Equipment Rentals (Gold Rings & Backdrops) Certain products, such as our gold ring frames and arch panels, are provided on a rental basis only.

Rental Fee: A separate rental fee applies to these items as indicated at checkout.

Ownership: All rental equipment remains the sole property of Party Pop Langley.

Return & Damage: Equipment must be ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time. The customer is responsible for the safety of the equipment while in their possession. Damage to, loss of, or late return of rental hardware will result in a replacement or late fee.

Limitation of Liability By completing your booking, you acknowledge that Party Pop Langley is not liable for the condition of the balloons once they are in your possession, nor for any injuries or accidents resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

Safety Warning Balloons are a choking hazard; children should be supervised at all times. Please dispose of broken balloons immediately.
